Photographs. We collect photographs of vehicles that you upload, and a profile photograph if you choose to provide one.

Device tokens. We collect a device notification token so that we can send you notifications about listings and quotes. You can turn these notifications off at any time in the App.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

• To request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Sites.

• To enforce our terms, conditions and policies.
• To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

• Completing a sale. When a seller accepts a dealer's quote, we release the seller's contact details to that dealer, and the dealer's details to the seller, so the sale can be completed. Until a quote is accepted, a seller's name and phone number are not shown to dealers.

• Vital interests and legal rights. We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

Records of completed vehicle transactions are kept for 5 years to meet Australian record-keeping obligations. Your personal details are removed from these records when you delete your account; only the fact of the transaction and the business involved in it remains.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
