Delete your BuyOne account

1. 1Open the BuyOne app and sign in.
2. 2Go to Settings.
3. 3Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. 4Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your profile photo
• Your operating states and notification settings
• Your devices, so you are signed out everywhere and receive no further notifications
• Quotes you have submitted on listings that have not been sold

Records of completed vehicle purchases are kept. These are business records of a transaction between two parties and are retained for 5 years to meet Australian record-keeping obligations. Your personal details are removed from these records; only the dealership's involvement in the transaction remains.

If you cannot sign in, email support@buyoneautogroup.com from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you. We will respond within 30 days.
